SENJORO organization provides social services to more than 2,500 seniors – including in-home assistance and day social care – across 34 municipalities in Lithuania. We are continuously growing, and together with a team of over 500 employees, we strive to make positive aging an everyday reality for all seniors in Lithuania.

We invite individual care workers to join our team! We are looking for empathetic and energetic people who would visit elderly people in their homes in Vilnius and the Vilnius district.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Providing care for elderly people in their homes: assistance with household tasks, personal hygiene, social interaction and self-expression needs, communication, and emotional support.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Completion of 40 academic hours of introductory training for an individual care specialist or a social worker assistant qualification certificate, or willingness to obtain it.

  • Strong communication skills, sincerity, responsibility, patience, empathy, ability to manage stressful situations, and flexibility.

 

We offer:

 

  • Salary: 8.5 – 9.5 €/hour (before taxes)

  • Paid travel time between clients

  • Full compensation of travel expenses (public transport ticket or fuel compensation)

  • Flexible working schedule, with the possibility to work on weekends (cumulative working time accounting)
