We invite individual care workers to join our team! Our team is looking for empathetic and energetic people who would visit seniors in their homes in Klaipėda and the Klaipėda district.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Providing care for elderly people in their homes: assistance with household tasks, personal hygiene, social interaction and self-expression needs, communication, and emotional support.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Reikalingas 40 ak. val. individualios priežiūros specialisto įžanginių mokymų arba socialinio darbuotojo padėjėjo (-os) kvalifikacinis pažymėjimas.

  • Strong communication skills, sincerity, responsibility, patience, empathy, ability to manage stressful situations, and flexibility.

 

We offer:

  • Salary: 7,5 – 8,5 €/hour (before taxes)

  • Paid travel time between clients

  • Full compensation of travel expenses (public transport ticket or fuel compensation)

  • Unlimited calls, messages, and mobile data for work and personal use

  • Flexible working schedule, with the possibility to work on weekends (cumulative working time accounting)
