SENJORO organization provides social services to more than 2,500 seniors – including in-home assistance and day social care – across 34 municipalities in Lithuania. We are continuously growing, and together with a team of over 500 employees, we strive to make positive aging an everyday reality for all seniors in Lithuania.

We invite individual care workers to join our team! Our team is looking for empathetic and energetic people who would visit seniors in their homes in Kaunas and the Kaunas district.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Providing care for elderly people in their homes: assistance with household tasks, personal hygiene, social interaction and self-expression needs, communication, and emotional support.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Reikalingas 40 ak. val. individualios priežiūros specialisto įžanginių mokymų arba socialinio darbuotojo padėjėjo (-os) kvalifikacinis pažymėjimas arba noras jį įsigyti.

  • Strong communication skills, sincerity, responsibility, patience, empathy, ability to manage stressful situations, and flexibility.

 

We offer:

  • Salary: 8 – 9 €/hour (before taxes)

  • Paid travel time between clients

  • Full compensation of travel expenses (public transport ticket or fuel compensation)

  • Flexible working schedule, with the possibility to work on weekends (cumulative working time accounting)
