Return of quality goods
The return of quality goods shall be carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Retail Trade Rules and Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (as amended on 15/02/2022) on approval of the Rretail Trade Rules, as well as provisions of Article 6.228(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - the CC).
Important: The consumer shall have the right, without giving a reason and without incurring any costs other than those established in Article 6.228(1) of this Code, to withdraw from a remote contract or a contract concluded outside the commercial premises within fourteen days, save as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 of this Article.
If the Consumer enters into a purchase and sale agreement (hereinafter - the agreement) using only means of communication (remote agreement) and therefore cannot exercise their statutory right to inspect the goods and assess their suitability before entering into the agreement, the Consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods. 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The Buyer who has purchased several goods under one Agreement shall have the right to refuse all goods purchased under one Agreement or only some of the goods purchased under one Agreement. The specified period of 14 (fourteen) days for submitting a written request shall commence on the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer or his authorized representative and shall not be extended or in any way linked to the transfer or return of the goods to the Seller or another person for reasons beyond the Seller's control.
Purchased quality goods may be returned within 14 days if:
- - the item returned is in its original, undamaged packaging;
- - the item is not used and not damaged;
- - the item has not lost its commercial appearance (labels are intact, protective films, bags, etc., have not been removed);
- - the item returned is of full completion with all documents enclosed by the manufacturer;
- - the proof of purchase and warranty slip (if any) are presented when returning the item.
Quality goods may not be returned if they are:
- - goods that were manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously adapted to him, or which, due to their nature, after their delivery.
- - goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to the Buyer after they have been delivered due to loss (loss) of their commercial properties;
- - perishable goods or goods that are about to expire;
- - in other cases where the purchase and sale agreement cannot be withdrawn under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Note: When returning quality goods, the buyer shall be responsible for their packaging.
We may refuse to take back an item where changes have been made to the appearance of the item or packaging that were not necessary for the purpose of examining the item, including damaged labels, removed protective films, and damage to transparent packaging which would not have prevented the exercise of the right to examine the item.
If due to damages made to the packaging of an item it will not be possible to sell the item at the same price later without violating the rights of another Buyer of this item to acquire a new and unused item, such items may be returned only on our mutual agreement (e.g., if you agree to compensate for the difference in depreciation of the item).
Return process
When returning an item purchased in e-shop, we will ask you to submit a free-form written request specifying detailed order information:
- order number;
- date;
- product;
- price;
- delivery date;
- the account to which the money will be refunded.
Attention: If at the time of purchase an additional discount was applied to your order and you returned only part of the items purchased under one order, we may deduct the amount of the discount from the amount refunded.
When returning quality goods, the Buyer shall be responsible for all transportation costs associated with their return.
