How does it work?

It is a unified system that displays full real-time information about the services provided. A personal care worker shall log the visit in a mobile app, and the customer shall confirm the completed work by signing. GPS tracking shall ensure the provision of the service at the agreed time and place, and the system shall automatically generate reports - this makes everything much easier.

While working in the field of social services we noticed that social institutions lack tools for control of service quality, operational efficiency and preparation of reports.

To address these challenges, we have developed "SenjoroGO" – a digital system that helps in managing processes of remote social services. Three years ago, we were the first to start using this system in our activities, and today more than 30 social and medical service institutions throughout Lithuania rely on it.
