Help at home (social care) services

Home help (social care) services - are services provided in a person's own home to help them manage their household and participate in society. The service is open to adults with disabilities and their families, elderly persons and their families, children with disabilities and their families, other persons and families (persons temporarily deprived of their independence due to illness or other reasons).

Social day care at the person's home

Day social care at a person's home (hereinafter - day care) - is a complex, comprehensive assistance provided to the person during the day in the person's own home, which requires constant professional supervision: information, counseling, mediation and representation, organisation of meals, assistance with household and domestic chores, organisation of personal hygiene services, organisation of health care, organisation of household chores, development and maintenance of daily living skills and any other services required according to the level of the person's level of autonomy. Adults with disabilities and the elderly are eligible for the service.

Eight Steps methodology of Positive Ageing


"Senjoro" social services will help seniors to manage their households independently for as long as possible, to actively participate in social life. Social worker assistants will work with seniors on a daily basis on activities based on the Eight Steps to Positive Ageing methodology. They will not only help seniors with their household chores, but will also exercise, engage in cultural activities, focus on improving your appearance, discover new hobbies, visit medical facilities and shop together, try healthier recipes and create a more cozy environment at home.

Our social worker assistants use the SenjoroGO app, which has the following features

- A timer that keeps track of how much time assistants spend visiting and what they have done.
- GPS - the timer is active only when the social worker is present at the senior's home.
- The app can generate a report on the services provided. Reports can be made available to relatives.
